A slow-moving low pressure storm will bring very heavy rain to parts of the Deep South Sunday into the work week. On Sunday,there could be enough instability for a few thunderstorms to form,especially Sunday afternoon and evening. The main threats,in addition to the heavy rain,will be strong winds. A tornado or two cannot be ruled out.
